To book a reservation, please give us a call or e-mail us. Give us the dates you would like to travel, the number in your party, the property you would like to reserve and any special requests you may have. A deposit is required in order to confirm your reservation. Deposits should be mailed to our North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina office:

Reservations require a 50% deposit for confirmation and full payment 30-45 days prior to occupancy. We collect a $100 security deposit and a 12% IVA tax which is due with the final payment. The IVA is collected from the homeowners by the Mexican government on all tourist rental properties. The security deposit is fully refundable providing no damage is reported. Security deposits are processed at the end of each month and are refunded 15 to 30 days after departure from the rental property. Personal checks or money orders are accepted for payment. We do not accept charge cards (we're not big enough).

Rates:

Casa Pequena – $550.00 per week
Casa Grande – $1,600.00 per week (available March through December)

One week is the minimum rental. Additional days are available at a daily rate of 1/7 of the weekly rate. If you rent the entire compound (for a big group) we offer a discount. Contact us about rates for extended stays.

The houses will be clean and fresh when you arrive. Chipita will do a light cleaning every other day. Fresh towels provided every two days and purified water is supplied as needed. Chipita will do laundry for $5.00 USD - washed, dried, and folded.

We suggest a tip for Chipita of $2.00 USD per person per day.

Check-in day and check-in time are whenever you get there. Just let us know your plans. Check-out time is whenever it's convenient for you, based on your plane reservations or ferry time. We're flexible unless the house is rented immediately after you leave.
