"Casa Pequena" is on the peak of a small hill on Calle 6. It is located about one and a half blocks from the ocean and about two blocks from the town square.

"Casa Pequena" has two bedrooms that can sleep two adults each. The large bedroom has a queen-size bed. The smaller bedroom has a double bed and its own sink. A single bed is placed in a corner of the living room. The house has one bathroom with a shower. The house can sleep 5 and is air-conditioned.

There is a kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, and a toaster oven. There is a complete set of cookware, plates, glassware, cups, and silverware. A purified drinking water dispenser is provided in the kitchen. The water in the faucets is fine for washing and bathing.

There is a very large, lush tropical garden in the back of the house, perfect for afternoon margaritas.

The on-site caretakers are Chipita and Jose'. They provide maid service and general problem solving at the houses.
