We have houses for rent on the island of Cozumel, Mexico. Our Cozumel house
rentals are located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the main downtown
plaza within easy walking distance to restaurants, dive shops, food stores,
shopping, and nightlife. Perfect for divers and vacationers. We are not right
on the ocean so we have very reasonable rates.

you want to stay at a place that is more personal and cozy than a hotel or

We are not a big real estate rental company. The owner and his wife have two houses that, when they and their friends are not using them, are available to rent by the general public. Because we are not dealing with big crowds of renters, we can be very flexible. We don't have a set check-in day or time. You tell us what is best for you, based on your airline or ferry reservations and our housekeepers will meet you at the house to get you settled.
